ME9F PO display message as PDF

Hi,

I have a requirement in ME9F there is option as display message then we can see the PO as displ;ay we want that that display should open as PDF vievwer is it possible what setting are required for this.

In ME22N there is button as print preview but when we click on that it is directly printing the PO insted of Preview I try by removing the check box print immediatly and release after output in message comminication details then it is not displaying also not printing the PO so how to use this.

Hi,

If you are using SAP Adobe Functonality for PO Printing then it will come automatically. If not then take help of ABAPer and use program "RSTXPDFT4" while printing PO.

This program will convert the spool request in to PDF.

Hi,

We are not using adobe functionality, and for using the RSTXPDFT4 program first spool required to be generated we want that it should directly open as PDF.

If you want to make print in PDF through SAP ,Ther is two options as below...

(1) SAP Adobe Functonality for PO Printing .

(2) Take help of ABAPer and use program "RSTXPDFT4" while printing PO.

Third very simple option is , Install cute pdf software in your computer & make it as default printer.whenever you will make printout ,it will automatically genrate PDF file...
