General Settings takes 5 minutes to open. Why?

Hi Experts

I have a wierd issue at one of our customers. When I go to Administration > System Initialisation > General Setting it takes 5+ min for it to open (from I press the menu to the window is shown).

It seem to happen for some user but not all so I expect it to be a timeout, but what could cause it. They are not using the dash-board

Hi all

The problem is solved. It was caused by a wrong path to a logo on the Front & Bkgd tab.

I would suggest you to refresh his Authorization once.

Try this in Demo DB first.....

Thank you for your answer.

The user is Superuser, so it's not an Authorization issue.

I have tried to login the user on an other pc, and the issue is the same here.

If I login as another user (also Superuser) the issue is not there...

Any idea?

Create Other User as Super User and replace the License to this user and then try login from this newly created user.

If it works proper then would suggest you to continue with this user......

Hi,

Try this option. Take super user option for that user and refresh the authorizations. then make it as a super user and continue.
