Hi All,
I want to apply data ownership authorization but there is nothing in employee list.In employee master data, I have done all settings.

Hi Deepak Tyagi,
Data Ownership Authorization is based on User that set up under Admin-Setup-General-User.
Employee master data can be linked to those users if you need. There is no direct relationship.

Gordon is incorrect, the data ownership is based on the owner code which is drawn fron the employee master data.
have you initialised the data ownership under Administration> general Settings?
If so, it is very unusual for the employee list to disappear, I suggest you search the SAP notes in case it is a bug, or log a message with SAP
Julie is partly right, Data Ownership is based on Employee table.
However: Only employees who are linked to users in the Employee Master Data window can view this window and all other windows in the Authorizations folder.
That is why I emphasize the user setup. In order the employee list can be seen on the Data Ownership window, 2 conditions must be met:
1. Employees who are linked to users.
2. Employees who are at least one of document owner

Make your user as a sales employee for those you want to provide data ownership authorzaton..
I jst added my users and those are added as a sales employee are coming on Employees list.
And must Create Employee master data for users
