Please advise which report we can identifed the delivery block at item level.

Do you want to identify sales orders which have delivery block at item level if yes the go to VL10A or VL10C
Tab Sales order
Maintain delivery block and execute you will get report.

I dont think there is a standard report to show delivery block at item level. You have to check in VBAP table
