Settlement document type shown as Blank on CJI3 Report

Hello experts,

When I ran the CJI3 report, the document type ( Custom document type) for settlement is shown as blank on the report.

We have defined two custom document types for settlement (one 'ZE' for the settlement of orders to WBS elements and the other 'ZF' for the settlement of WBS Elements to Cost Centers).

When I run the CJI3 report and display the filed for Document Type on to the report, it shows up a blank where ever the Document Type needs to be 'ZF' but does show the other document type 'ZE'. I can see though the document type 'ZF' on the header of the FI document when I drill down.

This is a bit tricky as to why the Document type is shown as blank for the settlement documents. I do not see any difference in the way the document types 'ZE' and 'ZF' are set up in the system.

Any advice in getting the document type for settlement 'ZF' to show up on the report will be very much appreciated.

Vijayanth Nakka,

Report CJI3 is to list actual cost posted to WBS elements. It defaults not to list settlement credits from WBS elements. That's why you will not see the settlement documents 'ZF' in the report. Please check the filter whether this is any settings to list all documents.
