Web i XI3 - Page Setup

I have created a report in Web-i and when i save the report in pdf the table in a report get divided into two pages but i want the table in single page .Can anyone help me with page setup in web-i.

I can't see any property in web -i where we can manually set the height and width of the report to accommodate a table (width) in one page.

hi Pallavi,

1) Edit the WEBI report.

2) Click 'Switch Page/Quick dsiplay' button (beside 'View Structure' button)

3) Do you see the table is breaking between the pages?

4) If yes, then click 'Properties' tab on left hand side

5) Page Size: A4, Page Layout -> Page Orientation -> Landscape

6) Now if table fits in a single page. save the report. Otherwise reduce the column widhts such that it fits in a single page.

7) If you can't reduce the column widths, then change the Page Size to A3/A2...

Repeat steps 5, 6, and 7 by changing Page Size until your table fits in a single page.

Hi,

First select the page then go to the properties and select Page Orientation and select Portrait or Landscape.You can adjust the Left ,right margin according to total number of columns.

Click on the"Switch Page/Quick Display" icon (Left on the View Structure).then adjust all columns in the the page.

After that all columns will come in the single page in the pdf.
