I am new to crm can anyone help me why multiple logons required while logging into SAP CRM Web UI.

Try using WUI_SSO transaction code to launch the Web UI.

This uses the Single Sign-On concept and does not prompt you to enter the user details again.

please read [CRM WebUI & Maximum HTTP Sessions|http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/x/gxdKDQ]. Hope it helps. When you start a new browser session you have to logon as the cookie is not shared.
