I am trying to data cleanse (BUPA_CLEAR) a duplicated Business Partners information to the correct BP.
The transactional information for "CRM Business Activity" move accross fine but for some reason "CRM Service Process" do not.
When you drag and drop the Service process it apeears to be moved but after saving it is still on the Source BP.
I have had a look at some of the config but can't see anywhere that seems to restrict on certain activity types.
Has anyone else come accross this situation and how did you get round it?
I am using CRM 5.0
