Add a standard field to the material master

Hi all

I'd like the field MFRPN manufacturer part number to the basic data screen in the material master. I think I might need to change the screen sequence but am quite un sure of what to do and what is the procedure. This is a standard field in the table MARA.

Can someone provide instructions on the steps to take?

Hi,

First check the Screen No & Field on which you want to add that field in Material Master

After that give that screen no & field to your ABAPer.

He will add that field into Screen Painter.

Then you can Test.

This activity requires Functional as well as Technical Consultant .

Hi,

Go to OMT3B, here select Entry "21" (Std ind.(short) tab pages) and double click on "Data screens" in dialog structure and here select entry "21 / 07" (i.e. Basic Data 1) and then double click on "Subscreens" and maintain following entry;

21	07	8	SAPLMGD1	2313
