ARCHIVIVNG the database for the SAP SOLUTION MANAGER SYSTEM.

Dear Experts,

I am in the process of ARCHIVIVNG the database for the SAP SOLUTION MANAGER SYSTEM. Since the solman database is increasing randomly i need to archive the old tickets amd also the tables and also the other objects.

Can any one help me how to archive and also what are all the objects to archive in the solution manager system.

You may archive your service sessions like EWAs and also service desk messages, please take a look into these notes:

Hi,

the object for service desk message should be CRM_SERORD

have you read the sap note 1329247 Archiving Solution Manager Service Desk messages

for other object chk the note Note 546685 - Archiving in Solution Manager (operation), in this note u get option for archive EWA reports too,
