I have seen in one of the tutor once we select the knowledge article(KA) from cart and click on email option then it is taking to email editor and KA is attaching to email as an attachment, where as in my system its not happening I can see email option enabled after selecting KA but its not moving to email editor If I click on email option.
Any inputs on this will be greatly appreciated.

Are you using IC_Agent role or IT_Servicepro role or is it not working in both the roles?
Is the email functionality working fine with out knowledge article?
