Possibility to create more than one Service Order in IC 7.0

Hello Experts,

I want to enable to create more than transaction type Service Order in IC 7.0. Is that possible with standard configuration?

In configuration CRM -> Interaction Center WebClient -> Business Transaction -> Define Business Transaction Profiles it is possible to add many transaction types but it does not give opportunity to create more than one transaction type of for example Service Order.

Problem solved. I've overlookd that I have active workcenter IC_UIU_SRQ instead of IC_UIU_SVO.
