available reports/queries in BI

hello experts,

i am new in BI, i ve just finnished setting up a few infocubes in sap BW for my organisation and i am looking at creating a couple of reports using BEx with the data i ve loaded in my infocubes

i know there exist some ready reports i can install, can someone guide me through the process of installing them and what elements need to be installed so i can view these ready-made reports/queries?

Hi ,

For the available installed queries on a infocube , you can go to tcode - RSRT.

In the field for query name , press F4.

In the below Find field - enter the infocube name and then select Find .

This will give you all the installed queries for the given infocube.

To install the available queries for a infocube ,

1. Go to tcode - RSORBCT .

2. Object Types ->Query Elements -> Query -> Select Objects .

3. In the find field give the infoprovider name and then find .

4. It will display all the queries available for the infoprovider . Select the required infoproviders and then transfer them .

5. Then install them .

or else you can install the infoprovider with the 'Data flow Before and Afterwards' option to install the available queries for the

infoprovider .

This will make the queries available in active version in the system.

It will give you the details of the SAP health care scenario.

Check the queries selection for the available queries in 0HC**.

What kind of cubes you have been setup ? is it business content cubes ? if yes then go to RSA1 -->business content installation ... identify your queries from the list and install them.

If cubes are customized there woun't be any delivered report. it should be developed by your self accordingly.
