Workitem sent to all users

Hi Gurus,

We are using SRM 4.0 and using sap workflow WS14500015. For one shopping cart the workitem has been sent to all users irresepective of the determined approvers. Did anyone faced this issue please advise.

Hi,

It happens beciause your rule funtion module cann't able to determine any agents.

Either you can return any one agents for the rule for a particular step

or

In the rule definition, give the tick mark for Terminate if Rule Resolution Without Result. This will stop the workflow.

Please select the option 'Terminate workflow if role resolution is not found' and verify the logic of your rule.

This will solve this.

Hi,

One of step of the WS14500015 is used to send workitem to users

Task attribute is maintained as " General Task".

As the agent determinataion is failed then workitem is send to all sap user.

Solution :

1. Please do not maintain the task " General Task". Make it anything else.

In this case you need to maintain the possible agents at task level.

or

2. Check the agent determination process,,, why its not returning any agent.

Find the root cause and fix it.
