Inbound delviery to PO

Hi,

I am getting below error while creating Inbound Delivery to PO :

An IDoc without a message type was passed to the ALE layer

Suggest your workaround.

Hi,

please check the tcode WE20 2.select the logical system and double click the message type you are looking for on the right hand side under "Inbound Parameter"Double click on the process Code,You can double click on the inbound function module name to view code and set breakpoints, DO NOT DO IN PRODUCTION: Process IDoc via BD87 and you should stop at the breakpoint.

Are you getting an Idoc from another system to create inbound delivery IN SAP .If yes is the process working before ?.If it is first time then check the logical message as per above thread .If you received Idoc in your system and failed,You have 2 options like Reprocess existing Idoc BD87 or Through WE19 and take ABAP person help to debug the idoc then process.

Finally you can create inbound delivery through VL31N also against PO.
