Hi "Awaiting Approval " for shopping cart.

We are using standalone model in SRM FI system as backend. we have a probelm with automatic approval process in workflow.

When we are creating a shopping cart, we are getting status " Awaiting Approval " .

Can any one help me how to track this problem and is it workflow probelm or SRM side problem.

when i see in BBP_PD work flow is not at all triggered. There is no workflow for that Shopping cart.

Hello: check, for example, if the event linkages have been activated or not in transaction SWETYPV for object type /SAPSRM/CL_WF_PDO , events READY_FOR_RELEASE and READY_FOR_WORKFLOW. In case not, please activate them.

A good approach is to follow all the steps under the workflow exercise in SRM201 SAP SRM SERVER CONFIGURATION, Unit 4, WORKFLOW.

Hi Tirumala,

I hope, you are using process controlled workflow for SRM7. You need to activate the workflow even if you are using automatic approval.

Your correct i am using SRM7.

but workflow is already active.

Can you please help me i am new to workflow and SRM7.

how to solve this issue.

this problem is related to workflow or SRM.

Can you confirm if you are using application controlled WF or process controlled WF?
