Hi any GURUs out there can help?
In an EHP4 appraisal form, if there is too much text inside a single textbox (exceed one page), this textbox gets truncated at the end of the page when trying to print this form.
When pressed the print button (using standard form print function), there will be a pdf version of the form generated. Based on the generated PDF form, there seems to be a limit on the number of characters that one person can input into the box. All the text after the current page will be
truncated.
Please help.
Thanks!
Nancy.
Hi Nancy
Yes the standard SAP smartform template to print performance management appraisals seems to have a max character limit.
If you do have lengthy remarks to be printed, you may need to develop your company specific appraisal smartform template to accomodate many characters so that truncation is prevented
