Create new Lease Out number problem

Hi SAP Gurus,

I am having a problem on creation of lease out via Tcode FOVF. Normally on FOVF screen, when i enter company code and offer and i then i press "Transfer to LO" button, system will automatically generate Lease Out number for me. But now, system had "jump" to screen or Tcode FOGH and ask me to enter lease out number instead of system should provide me the lease out number. How do i correct this error?

Hi Nazrul,

I would kindly ask you to check your customizing settings.

Please check the customizing view 'LO Offer and LO: Conversion of

Partner Roles'. You have to define here the how roles are converted when offer is

transferred to a contract.

path: Real Estate - Rental - Lease-Out Offes

Maybe there is an entry missing for a specific role.
