KAFD subject to availability control?

Hi PS gurus,

would anyone have an idea if KAFD entries posted to network activity in project builder are subject to budget checking? I already checked CJ33, availability control analysis and it should be part of the "ASSIGNED" however upon trying to post additional charges, the posting still proceeds.

Using tcode KAFD, we are transfer posting to a network activity (internal type) in project builder. Is this subject to budget checking? As per report availability control analysis it's supposed to be part of the assigned.
