Consolidating deliveries based on AWB number

Hi,

The requirement is to consolidate all the deliveries having same AWB number (LIKP - BOLNR) in a single shipment.

Please let me know if the above is possible through VT04 transaction / how should i proceed with the above requirement.

Kindly request your help regarding the same.

Hi,

With this field it can not be possible and even if you carry enhancement then first you have to display this field in selection criteria for that you need to do enhancement and again in search criteria program also you need to do changes

Rather LIKP - BONLR (Bill of lading)

Use Field LIKP - TRAID (Transport ID Code) just below bill of ladding field and same field also available for search criteria

Another field LIKP - LIFEX (External delivery ID) also available in tab ADMINISTRATION

But I recommend you use TRAID field because it is very easy to maintain this field for user no need to go any other tab

Also if possible add this field in incompltness log so if user miss out shystem should remind.

Hi,

This can be done via VT04 under 'Grouping criteria' & adding a new field LIKP-BOLNR in the variant.

This shall consolidate all the deliveries into Shipments based on AWB number.
