Sales order warning message "Critical credit data changed"

Hi All,

Help me to solve the warning message in Sales order.

The message is u201CCritical credit data changedu201D

In OVA8, the critical field is active.

So basically when I change the critical data (i.e., payment terms) in sales order, then the system should block the sales order & have to give warning message.

But now when I create a sales order there is no warning message every thing is correct.

Where as If I add another item or change the quantity of the item its giving me warning message as u201CCritical credit data changedu201D and I am 100% sure, I did not changes any thing in payment terms.

The credit limits has been maintained (There is no credit block & delivery block for the customer)

I would be greatful to you people if you get me the solution for this issue.

Hi,

In addition to Terms of Payment,Critical Fields include Fixed value Date and Additional Value Days.Please check whether there is a change in these fields.

Hi Lakshmipathi,

Actually, There is no message in VA01 while creating a sales order.

Similarly when we change the quantity of item in VA02,

there should not be any message but

Now there is warning message as "Critical credit data changed".

I only changing the quantity and not changing any other fields like

Terms of Payment, Fixed value Date and Additional Value Days.

Is there any changes will happen automatically in those fields while changing the quantity?
