Material Ignore when using RMMPS000 but works with MD43

Hello.

I have a Raw Material type which has an exception when running with the program RMMPS000 but works with MD43. The material is using MRP AREA's. Normally when I get an exception in RMMPS000 I run execute MD43 and see the exception.

Here are the settings of the material:

The MRP TYPE on MRP 1 Screen is ND(No Planning)

The Procurement type is F(External Procurement)

The Details of the MRP Area are as follows:

MRP TYPE is VP(Man Reorder pt with Plant Maintenance Order Reservations)

Reorder Point is 1

Lot Size is HB(Replenish to max stock level)

Maximum stock level is 2

Special Procurement is 20(External Procurement)

*There is 0 stock on hand.

Any idea why RMMPS000 does not work while MD43 does? Any help is appreicated.

Use program - RMMRP000. In OM0E define a scope which contains the mrp area in which you intend to plan & use the same in the program.

I settings are MRP area or MRP group?

Normally a material gets planned when run individually and not at plant level, you have look into planning file entry for that material. Have a look there.
