Disabled column in SPRO - Define Movement Type Groups of Material Ledger

Hi Guys,

I'm having a problem in the SPRO - "Define Movement Type Groups of Material Ledger" configuration, the problem is that I need define this step, but the "Revaluation of Consumption" column appears disabled,

Please, I need yours help.

Hi Adrian,

The Revaluation of consumption field in transaction OMX7 is available if the EA_FIN extension is active in the system. If it is active, in this case, it seems that there was an error during the ActivationActivation of Enterprise extension EA_FIN. In this case

I recommend you to open a oss message with the component BC-CUS-TOL-IMG to check the problem in the system.

You can find information about EA-FIN in attached notes 1121965 and 855959.

For ML.. you have to do the following configuration in sequential order :-:

1 Assign Currency Types to Material Ledger Type OMX2

2 Assign Material Ledger Types to Valuation Area OMX3

3 Maintain Number Ranges for Material Ledger Documents OMX4

4 Configure Dynamic Price Changes OMX5

5 Reasons for Price Changes

6 Define Movement Type Groups of Material Ledger OMX7 ( Only after Step 1 to 5 ) has been completed.

7 Assign Movement Type Groups of Material Ledger OMX0

8 Define Material Update Structure OMX9

9 Assign Material Update Structure to a Valuation Area OMX8

10 Activate Actual Cost Component Split SPRO

11 Activate Distribution of Usage Variances SPRO

For OMX1 .. what price determination you are using . Are you using "3" .

If you already have some other plant active , compare the configurations using transaction CKM9.

Once all configurations are completed , then only use CKMSTART

Please follow the steps mentioned and kindly revert back for further clarifications.. Pease do use CKM9 to compare with other plants with ML is already active in other plants..
