Service level creation in CUP

Hello all

Can anyone tell me if there is a limit to the amount of Service Levels you can create in CUP? We have created 2 types of service levels for 4 different applications (so 8 in total), i am unable to create anymore.

I do not think there is a limit on the service levels, what are the attributes you are using, is it only the application?

What is the error that you get?

Regardless of what attribute i assign, i get 'Error Saving Service Level' message

Is it possible you're using a name that you may have used before?

The error points to a duplicate key value, i.e. a conflict regarding either the name of the service level or the value combination.

Try using a different name for testing.

That solved the issue, we had too many levels created with the same attributes, changed the attributes, now i can save.
