Create Variant of Report S_ALR_87100185

Hi All,

I am attempting to create a variant of the report S_ALR_87100185 via CJE5. This report displays the actual cost per month per wbs for the current Fiscal year but I want to create variant that displays actuals, per WBS per month for the previous financial year.

I have completed all the required steps i.e copying the form and the report from 3CST1 (technical name of the report) to Z3CST1 but I am not able to change the Characteristic Period/Year which defaults to 2011.

Hi,

Please go to CJE6 and open your form ,EDIT -> General Data Selection -> Geneal Data Selection. Change the Fiscal year here. It will be showing current fiscal year for you.

Hi,

Thanks for the assistance. Final solution below:

1 - Go to CJE5, only right click on original form once, select Copy

2 - Create variant with Z prefix

3 - Follow menu path Edit> Gen Data Selection > Gen Data Selection

4 - In Fiscal year variable select SELYear and select Check.

Check the Variables tab in your Report (CJE2) to see whether you have defined any default values and make necessary changes.

Please copy the standard form 3CST1 to Z3CST1 and add teh charecteristic Period or Period/Year.

Then use this form to create your report
