Hi Experts,

i have one doubt long period, why in SAP debit note are called as A/P Credit memo??

Hi Anand.....

This is how SAP's AP Credit Note Works....

If you want to change AP Credit Memo document name to SAP Debit note then you can if you have SAP 8.8....

Both concepts have same work that is Return...

thanks , even i need to use terminology i don like to change the SAP terminology??

but the client was not understanding??

but i know SAP terminology wont be wrong

then how to explain to client?? or compromise the client?

The debit note or credit note is from different point of view.

AP credit memo is from the point that you are a customer of the vendor.
