Over lapping the value for other employees on form 16

Hi Team,

When we are trying to generate the form 16 we are the facing the

issues. Below mentioned.

1) When we are trying to generate in bulk (more the one employees), the

values on page 1 i.e Amount of tax deducted in respective of employee,

Amount of tax deposited in respective of employee is same for all other

employees. These values are replicating from the first employee. to

others.

2) Blank Challan row is appearing on Page 3 if an employee locked on

that period. for ex:- if an employee locked in September and run the

payroll In October for two periods, then, 6 row is showing with Blank

(zero) values.

Does anybody faced & resolved help me how to resolve.

Hi Friend,

SAP Note 1260793 - Form 24Q:BAdI to filter tax deduction records to be reported.

Please refer this BADI to filter Zero records from F24Q.

Hi Prabha,

Thanks a lot for your your valuable notes information.

We are at ECC 6.0, Support pack level 68.

.i think, this information would give solution to my issue. Let us implement the note. I will let you know once done.

Hi Friend,

Apply the below Note : Note 1584687 - HINCF160:Tax details on Page1 are displayed inconsistent:( We faced the same issue like yours and got resolved)

For second issue checkSAP Note 1573538 - Corrections in Form 16 layout for financial year 2010-11.

Also Check that system should contain SP87 if in ECC5.00 or latest Support pack if in ECC6.00.

The given note not solved the my issue. is there any other activities/prerequisites for this note?
