Created pur group does not exist error

Dear All,

I have created purchasing group but while assigning object in CL24N this purchasing group system is saying not created.

I have checked and found it is ther

What could b the reason?

Hi,

Befor assigning the purchasing group in CL24N/CL20N, just cross check {as you already created purchasing group in IMG(OME4)},the new purchasing group is there in VALUES TAB in the Release Characteristic of Purcahsing Group, If not there, Just add here and save. Now add new purchasing group in CL24N/CL20N for your Release Strategy with Release Group with Release Class.

HI,

The characterstics you are using for puchase grp may have not have additional value check box checked.

Go to CT04, go to value tab

check if addidtional value checked or not if not then check.

also you can miantain value there also.

also go to additional tab,

check that CEKKO - EKGRP is mainated for PO

or CEBAN - EKGRP for PR.
