Leave Request form delegation (input pernr)

Hello experts,

I am using ESS WDA of EHP5.

I would like to make the PERNR as input field for managers assistance. the idea is to make the manager assistance able to submit leave requests for their managers.

in the FPM config. I found the PERNR is already there and enabled. my question what is the best way to make this appear in the Leave request form. shall i enhance the feeder class or are there any customization to make this field appear in the request form as an input?

which form you are referring to? are you using HCM p and f?

To use leave request by manager or hr administrator you need to use from MSS>General information

thanks a lot for the Links. i wanted to configure this app HRESS_CC_GUIBBF_LEAVREQ. and i want to have some deligation to managers or HR admin to do this instead of Employees them selfs.

Hello Siddharth,

I checked the WIKI it looks good however is this going to work with NWBC and EHP5? Or i have to use another workaround?

I also want to add that we are not using P and F.

there is a standard service available for manager in General information as i mentioned and yes it is available in EHP5

with HRESS_CC_GUIBBF_LEAVREQ you are probably going into some modification, but in standard its already there

What is the service name? is it this one "EMPLOYEE_WORKTIME_LEAVEREQUEST_ADMIN"?

I want to include this in Netweaver business client. we have no Portal so I need WDA. or can we add the service in NWBC

please give me a little guidance on the solution with NWBC

yeah i did not see myself yet in NWBC< its available from portal side, probably you need to add a leave request service.

the thing here is you need to pass the employee list etc.

please check under team for the manager role you are using
