You ahve to search before posting. This discussed many times.
You need to use file upload ui element to upload data. and display in alv.

i have done many times the normal table file upload.
my requirement is in ALV table display.

You display data in ALv like you display in normal table, just use bind_table method of node which you are binding to alv data node. I never tried this, but i think it should work. Just try this.
