Final Confirmations

Hi guys,

I need to know if the following is possible:

The Client requires an error message to be displayed if not all final confirmations are done on the project, when you want to change the status to TECO. Thus when changed to TECO and not all final confirmations are done an error message must display this.

Would this be possible?

Do I need to speak to an ABAP person and if so what info do I need to provide him with?

Hello Johny,

As per my knowledge TECO is used to protect from actual cost posting or indicating that this wbs is technically completed.

While closing WBS you will get error/warning for confirmation.

If you need confirmation before TECO than you have to go for custom development or any validation.

In the control key configuration for your internal processing activity - choose confirmation required

This should not allow you to TECO unless all activities are finally confirmed

Alternatively use validation with exit and define your own logic
