CO-PA unable to get "customer account assignment group" (VBRK-KTGRD) info

I have created derivation rule to get customer account assingment group.

But the rule is not working.

Using the simulation function,

I found that sales order number is entered while it is not available in table VBRK.

In tabke VBRK, only billing document number is listed.

How can I get the billing document number or the derivation rule to work?

Have you tried table lookup on VBKD i.e. VBKD-KTGRD ?

Hi Waman,

Because users might change account assignment group during the time of billing,

VBKD is not the right table,

but it is the closest one I can find.

Hi

To get the KTGRD from VBRK, you can create your own Characteristic with type WW in KEA0 itself.

Can you make it clear?

As what I have done, I have created characteristic WW099.

Since VBRK is not a reference table for a characteristic, I have to use characteristic derivation.

The problem is that I can't make it to work.

Please let me know how to set up the characteristic.

Is the filed available in VBAK. Try getting the same from there
