T.Codes or Reports for check HR authorizations with Stuctural Authorization

Dear Experts-

I have searched in Google and forum of sdn.sap.com trying of find a solution for an issue that I have with my implementation of structural profile.(Stuctural Authorization)

We are using Performance Management with BP 1.41 for ESS.

When we not use the structural profile the system work fine and show in the POWL the listed of appraisal document that can have an employee, However if i Assign the structural profile, the portal not show none entry in the POWL in the ESS.

I have used the t.code SU53, ST01, ST05 for get the posible cause (authorization object) that not allow show the entry in the POWL, but the log not show issue of authorizations.

Anyone know a t.code or the FM that SAP use when is implemented the structural auhorization ?

Hi

Check if the user ID that you are using exists in T77UA table (this table gets updated by program RHPROFL0 which reads PD Profile infotype against a position and A008 relationship b/w position and person)? if not, you will face the issue mentioned by you, and also have a look at settings maintained in T code OOAC.

I check the entries for the ID in the T77UA table, and exist.

I also checked T code OOAC.

In the always should exist tA008 relationship b/w position and person?

Hi,

please send the structural profiles you have assigned to the user, with all the objects these profiles give access to.

You would need to have authorization to the appraisee, depending on the template settings, to the appraiser, and to objects VA, VB, VC...
