Serial Number Management

Hi,

While selecting the serial number in the transaction VL01N, system calls the IQ09 screen to select the serial number where I need to enter the plant and storage lcoation manually. Is there any way I can copy the plant and storage location from Delivery screen to IQ09 screen.

Hello

Try with either of the following Exits

- IQSM0002: Check when copying object list

- IQSM0001:Automatic serial number assignment

- IQSM0003: Serial numbers, user exit for additional data

Hi Rahul,

Yes you can do it. Check if you have maintained the serial numbers in IQ01.

You have to assign the serial number profile in Material Master- General plant data.

So when in delivery you will get a pop up and just generate the serial numbers.

Revert if its not working.
