Hello All

In Maintenance Order via ( Define Field Selection for Order Header Data (PM) ) i marked Additional device data as mandatory, but helpless to find out this field in maintenance order so that i can put the some vlaue in same.

Is there any is screen layout is need to designed like notification.

Plant Maintenance and Customer Service >> Maintenance Plans, Work Centers, Task Lists and PRTs >> Maintenance Plans >>

Set Maintenance Plan Categories

Here u can give the Ref Object "O170" to your maintenance plan category.

Thats fine, but i want both Equipment as well as Addicitional Device Data

Apart from this, how would i get Additional Device Data in Maintenance Order generated via Maintenance Plan.

Hi abkapil

Go to IMG "Maintenance and Service Orders > Functions and Settings for Order Types > Configure Order Types"

Select your Order Type (which you are using in Maintenance Plan)

"Screen RefObject" give 0170 (For equipment + additional device data) in it

I apologise, may be i am not able to make you understand my problem.

After selecting the Screen selection- O170 i am getting both additional device data field & Equipment only at the time of creation of Maintenance Order manually.

But Addtional Device Data is not reflecting in Maintenance Order if it is generated through Maintenance Plan using the same order type.

For default settings

Go to IMG "Maintenance and Service Orders > Functions and Settings for Order Types > Configure Order Types"

Select your Order Type

"Screen RefObject" give 0130 in it.

Or

Before providing any information in your notification or order screen go to Extras> Settings and select the Ref object view.

Thank for giving your precious time . That issue has been resolved by your resolution, but when i put O130 then instead of Equiment the system reflecting me Material field in maintenance order as well as in Notification.

So is that possible that, i will get both field Equipment as well as Material

One thing more that when ever the Maintenance order is generted through Maintenance Plan then system reflect me only equipment field.

When i try to attach manually via ( Extra - Setting - Ref Object View ) then the system reflect me error shown below

The view is only changeable if a reference object has not been assigned

Is there any possibility to get field Add. Device Data in Maintenance Order generated through Maintenance Plan

Hi,

If you make this field is required in IMG

Then you should select reference object screen 0130

EXTRA >> Settings >> Reference object view >> 0130

Then this field will appear in sub tab reference object in header tab of order
