Rows in product planning table are not visible

Hi,

We need to use product planning table to view periodic demand and supply elements for single location as well as cross location.

But when I load it, am not able to view any rows. I have selected various fields in cross location view in user settings. But still it does not work.

We are working on SCM 7.0.

We are using configurable material. Hence all rows cannot be displayed. Thats the message from OSS.
