Plant not taking in purchase order

Hi Frnds,

I got a problem while raising PO.

In ME21N, after entering all the details, the plant is not taking up even i enter the plant.

I have 8 plants and out of that if i press F4, only 2 plants are visible. I have checked in OMS@ for qty and value update and its ok..

Kindly help me frnds..

go into customizing of plants and maintain an address by clicking the envelope button.

Thank u for the reply.

I have maintained the address in configuring client and also transported it, but the vendor has transported not the address..

When i transported the request again, it has come.

One more doubt..

Should we create plant by copying 0001 plant or with out copying..

I have already more than 500 plants in my system, so I copy from a plant which is from its business and usage close to the new request.

Copy is much easier than creating from scratch, however, you have to check and correct the data that was copied.

check wheather the address details is maintained properly during plant creation and after the creation of plant kindly check in the table t001w in Tcode-SE16N. If it does not exist recreate the plant as sometimes creation of plant with reference to 0001 do creates some issue.

Hi

check this

1) check company code and purchsing organization at header level in Po on Purch.Org tab

2) check you have assigen all plant to your company code in t-code OX18

3) check your material inMM60 you defien for your plant or not
