BI Issue

Hi,

I have loaded the data from R/3 to BI via process chain but due to some reson it got stucked with yellow light and after certain amount of time got red. I repeated the process chain but now it is showing me 0 of 0 records and is running again for long duration. I checked process monitor also and it shows me following message : Info IDoc 1 : sent, not arrived ; Data passed to port OK . how to repair or rerun the process chain again so as not to miss the data ..

in the next process chain it has bring all the records...so no worries now..

Looks like more informations is required here, please check the errors mesgs in proces chain and give details of the errors...or could analyse from the cause from the error mesgs... best of luck
