while creating RFQ with reference of PR iam getting this error

PReq 1100000000/ not convertible (status )

Pls guide...

Hi

chek this

1) you have any release procedure for PR,check your Pr number in ME54N

2) Check you have maintain releaation between RFQ and PR doc

path-SPRO-MM-Purchasing-RFQ-Docuement type

Yes, Now, i have checked the RFQ document type

Manual PR document type is assigned to RFQ

Eventhough iam getting this error

what is the basis of this PR? is it from a work order or process order. if yes, then in those orders there can be a status that prevents you from doing until the status is released or switched.

Hi

1) check you have create PR for manual doc type only

2) check PR status on status tab at item level

Hi jurgen and Kailasugale,

This is manual PR only i have created for 150 qty,

i have activated version management also to check that i tried changing it by 200 qty, Now it is version 1

I have checked the Status tab also

Processing Status: Not edited

blocked ID : Not Blocked

Order qty : 0

Version in Process

This is manual PR only i have created for 150 qty, 

i have activated version management also to check that i tried changing it by 200 qty, Now it is version 1

first when you create PR for 150 qty ,version was 0

now you change quality 200 means version is created 1,but this version not completed i think

as you said version in process,please check in PR at left hand side , version complete flag active or not,If not active it manually
