BPC Excel Head Count Planning
I want to plan on head count. I have employees listed in my excel (from employee dimension) when i input a number "1" under the month column against his name to denote that person is required for that period. the system assumes it as amount. so when i generate a report based on the input i had given, i am getting a negative number for that record. ex: (1) number 1 in brackets. how to assign the keyfigure as months or units and input data in bpc?
i am on BOC 7.5 NW Service level 007.

You probably have have Account type dimension in your Application. Check what is the type on the Account you using. If it's INC then BPC will treat those values as negative. Change it to EXP and you'll have you desired value sign.
