Once we create Organization structure and its hyrarchy, do we need to assign people to positions? And to assign people, do we need to first go to PA and do recruitment?

thanks for your detailed reply. I have created structure which includes Units and positions. Can you guide me thru where is the option to create jobs?

And how to assign them to each other?

Once jos is created you can assign it to position thru ppome t code

HI,

Org unit, Position , jobs are objects in OM module

Once you do hire in PA, in orjects for data to be transfered from om to pa.. integration switch needs to b activated..

To make integration between PA and OM

IMG> PA> OM--> Basic settings > integration>set up integration with PA

set the integration switch PLOGI ORGA to X

Table T77S0 is the major table for OM - PA integration

Hi,

Once you have set up you org hierarchy, yes you need to hire an employee from PA go to code PA40 and run the action and enter the position number you have just created under org hierarchy in 0001 infotype.Also pls check if you integration switch Plogi Orga X is active
