Notification workflow to the person responsible in IW21

Dear All,

I am able to send the workflow to the Users whom i have maintained in OIM1 but in this case i am not able to send the specific notification types as per the person responsible.

My workflow is not working when i maintain the person responsible in IW21 and delete the users in OIM1.

Please advice how to trigger worfflow based on the person responsible in IW21.

Hi,

There is no workflow for person reponsible

In agent assignement only options area

Workcentre

orgz. unit

role

position

task

job

Then here you can work around create role or postion and assign this in responsible person
