Adding City attribute in organization data determination

Dear All,

I want to determine the responsbile org unit from the BP City(Technical name City1).

I went to transaction OOATTRCUST and added a new attribute City1(Table ADRC, Field CITY1), also assigned it to the sales scenario, and object type O.

But in the transaction, the evaluation of this attribute(in organization determination log) is always blank. is their way to make this attribute read the city of the BP partner

City is not populated by the system, solved by writing custom function module
