This also seems to be a problem with Crystal Reports Report Application Server 12 (12.4.0.966). And since this is a different approach to exporting PDF, and a different product entirely, is there a similar Registry Key that could be modified?

The registry tree I have is more like this:

\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Business Objects\Suite 12.0\

Any suggestions? I'll keep searching the forums, wikis, etc., for clues.

Thanks,

-Brad

Same issue, different version product. See my post re. looking up the solution. I'm pretty sure it's Kbased... If not for CR 12, then for CR 11.5 and then all you have to do is use that KB as a guide.

I'll put this crossreference here in case the next person finds this thread before the other one. After a bit more looking around I found an answer here:

[;

The "ForceLargerFonts" DWORD in the registry I set was here:

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Business Objects\Suite 12.0\Crystal Reports\Export\PDF

Thanks,

-Brad
