Authorization to Unlock Specific Document Type in SOLA01/02

Hi,

I have a requirement where we need to give authorization to only few users to unlock a specific document type in Solar01/02.

-- I know that unlocking can be given by Act-95 in S_IWB. But this gives authorization to unlock all doc types, which should not be there as per req.

Please advice if there is any way to give this authorizations.

Hi,

this is only possible for creating a document.

you can use authority object S_IWB_ATTR

IWB_PRPNAM=IWB_SOLAR_DOCUTYPE

IWB_PRPVAL=Z123

Z123 is the documentation type

run customizing transaction SI24_13

create a new entry:

Model Entity IWBSOLAR

Attribute Value IWB_SOLAR_DOCUTYPE
