Trex patch upgrade issue from 44 to 50

Hello

I have successfully installed Trex version 7.00.44.00 on windows 2008 server and Now, when I am trying to upgrade patch from 44 to 50 gives the below error at DNS domain name parameter enter stage.

<<Reverse Lookup of address '64.-88.xxx.xxx failed>>>

I have hosts entries maintained correctly as below.Checked the following note but no success.Host is not registered in the domain but as a workgroup.Can please tell me what could be reason for this???

IPaddress hostname.mycomapny.com hostname

1512315 - "Reverse lookup of address <xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx> failed." error during upgrading TREX

Hi

Does anybody has any idea please let me know.Forward and reverse lookup is working fine.

I suspect whether 2008 supports patch 50 or not.any idea???

Is the reverse lookup ipaddress in error that of your TREX server?

No That's not the IP of Trex server.It's something like -64.-88.-255.115.

Suspecting patch issue ,I also tried 47,48 and 49 patch level but still the same issue.

nslookup ipadress and nslookup hostname is working perfectly.

any ideas???
