Hi Friends,

I am looking for configuration material on the above tool on internet. Even any suggestion for the availability of such documents from any other source is welcome. I hope I am on the right forum for this information.

Hi Tammy,

Thanks for your links. These are helpful but what I am really looking for is the configuration side of the tool. I understand it is a preconfigured tool but in case if client wants to have the current functionality modified to its needs - how would we go and make changes in configuration as functional consultants?

Hi Shaheen,

For configuration the only thing I see is to take e-learning BOF315 course and you could take it online (for a fee):
