Error : relationship partner replication from SAP CRM to IS-U

Hi everybody,

I try desperately to replicate relationship partner from SAP CRM to SAP IS-U.

In fact, I have this following error : "Relationship between partner XXX and XXX does not exist" (message number R11165). The two partners already exist in the two systems !

I don't understand why this error appears.

Have you got a solution to help me ? A sap note ? I have maybe forgotten something ?

first check the mapping of contact person and than do a request using tx- r3ar2, r3ar4, r3ar3

But I try to use these transactions but the result is the same.

I obtain this error by using SMQS transaction in SAP IS-U. In SAP CRM, I obtain just a warning ("Sent to receivers (not all have confirmed)") with TCode SMW01.

This means CRM it is still waiting for a response from ISU.It is likely that an outbound/inbound queues in CRM/ISU are in stop mode or waiting mode. Can you please check them. Also check transactions SMQR and SMQS, and subscriptions to your site from transaction SMOEAC as well

Thank you for your answer !

I check queues with TCode SMQS and SMQR but there are nothing.

In SMOEAC, a subscription named "Business Partner Relationships" exists already and is activ.
