Hi Experts,

We received an error message at the OS level u201CWARNING: 1 errpt entries [SYSPROC -- SOFTWARE PROGRAM ABNORMALLY TERMINATED]u201D

At the same time a core file was generated under the work directory.

There was no run time error in the system at that time. But there was an error message in SM21 logs at the same time for that application server. The error message was :

u201CRequest (type NOWP) cannot be processed" on usushpapa435_UBP_00u201D

The dispatcher is unable to process a request. The preceding system

log or trace entries should contain more detailed information about

the reason.

The work process type of the request is given:

DIA: Dialog work process

UPD, UP2 Update work process

SPO: Spool work process

ENQ: Enqueue work process

BTC: Background work process
