Settlement profile

Dears,

if in the settlement profile customizing I do not define the document type to be used what happens? For sure the FI document of settlement is created, but which document type is used? I saw that in my client the settlement document has the same doc type of the good issue (VL02N).

Who knows something more?

Hi,

What ever Document Type you define, While Settlement The accouting Document will be created with tht Document type and the Number range assigned to it. there is nothing much above this..

if you want to the accouting document to be generated with Perticular Doc. Type tht you can define or else standard you can maintain SA.

Sorry but the answer is not clear...

In the settlement profile I do not indicate any doc type. When I perform the settlement, the system creates a document with the same doc type used for good issue (VL02N). Why? Where is it defined? This is the question.

Any ideas?
